Returns and Exchanges
Return / Exchange Policy for U.S. Orders
If you are unhappy with an item we will take it back for a full refund within 30 days from the date you received it as long as all items are in new, unused condition. If your item is visibly washed or worn, we will return your original item as-is. Email BajaSociety@gmail.com with information on which merchandise you are exchanging and why, prior to mailing your item back. As soon as we get your product back in new condition with original packaging, your return is usually processed within the following 2-5 business days and a confirmation will be sent to you via email or SMS (depending how your contact info is set up).
Return Shipping: If you have either ordered the wrong product, the wrong size, or have received an item that for any reason you are unhappy with, you are responsible for all return shipping charges. If a mistake was made by Baja Society, please let us know ASAP and we will take full responsibility for the issue and cover all return costs associated with the mistake.
Refunds: If you select a “Refund” you will be issued a credit back to the credit card that you used.
Exchanges: Any price differences will be refunded back to the credit card used and/or we will send an invoice for any balance due and contact you if necessary. All exchanges are subject to product availability.
Canceling your oder: Items are shipped out quickly. If you cancel prior to the item being shipped, we will go ahead and cancel the order. Otherwise, After you receive your order, you can return for a refund/exchange per our exchange policy.
